Assist Web team and Social Media team with website advertising and marketing projects.Send advertising materials or final art to publications for placement.Send projects to printers and arrange delivery of final products.For in-house production, need familiarity with laser printing, pre and post production workflows, including understanding of paper types, paper weights, finishes and color calibration as well as understanding best-use file types for projects.Create branding materials: logos, signage, promotional items, collateral, presentations and templates for major HFC sponsored events and initiatives.Support executive team as well as internal departments with custom PowerPoints and other presentation collateral.Meet with managers and/or assistants to determine best course of action to create compelling collateral to fit a myriad of needs. Support other departments by creating custom design collateral to suit their audience such as invitations, advertisements, newsletters, maps and promotional products.Create content for in-house and well as branding materials, logos, and templates edit photos and perform basic design roles such as changing file format, re-sizing images and re-purposing content.For web requests: create social media graphics.
